this weekend i managed to steal away for a quick 2 night camping trip with some friends, and it was just what i needed! i realized that this is the closest thing to a vacation i have had in over a year! it was a blast though, we spent all day on saturday hiking, swimming, hot springing, four wheeling, s'more roasting...it truly was lovely. i'm hoping to sneak in another hiking trip before it gets too cold-- stanley again this year mom?

Ooo, good for you! I snuck (sneaked?) away for a camping trip two weekends ago, and it was incredible. There's something about being removed from all the buzz and noise that gives you SO much refreshment!
