cafe rio:
when i lived in utah i discovered cafe rio.
i became very attached to their pork barbacoa salad.
now that i live in idaho i don't get to eat cafe rio very often and i'm going through withdrawals.
today i found a recipe for their salad dressing and pork online.
i'll be trying it out tomorrow.
mmmmm.
i will let you know how it turns out.
