dave and i spent an afternoon discovering the asu art museum. we were able to view both contemporary and classic, sculptures, and even a grad student working on his thesis (he was dancing in the gallery for 24 hours). it was a lovely and refreshing way to spend the afternoon.

polaroid

yesterday i made the best purchase i've made in a long time--and it only cost me two dollars. i am now the proud owner of a polaroid. i was so excited that i immediately drug keisha out of the house for a photo shoot. i am in love with how the photos turned out.

hundertwasser

in january i picked up a hundertwasser day calendar at half price books. at the time i had no clue what a delight it would be, and to tell you the truth, at the time i had no clue who hundertwasser was. but day after day i tear off a beautiful page from my calendar just to reveal another beautiful page. i have been collecting the calendar pages and i'm going to make something lovely out of them. i don't know what yet, but i promise it will be great.
