you are learning and growing so much everyday. this week you started doing two things that make mommy and daddy very happy. you started sleeping through the night (5-8 hour stretches) and started smiling in response to things. every morning when i get you out of your crib you flash me your big beautiful toothless grin; it melts my heart. you smile when we give you kisses, when we wipe spit up off your face and when we play peek-a-boo or make your little legs "run". i keep trying to capture your smile on camera but every time i hold the camera up to take a picture you stare at it in wonder, but last night i was able to catch a few grins and silly faces.
