Yesterday I was in a bad mood, and I'll tell you why....

I woke up with a crummy attitude (I would say on the wrong side of the bed, but my bed only has one side.)

I was focusing on everything negative and dismissing everything positive.

I was only thinking of myself.

I allowed myself to get offended over something small and stupid.

I did not make an effort to have fun.


Today I am in a much better mood, and here's why...

I woke up with a good attitude.

I started my day out with a prayer.

I reminded myself that I am a child of God.

I focused on my long eyelashes instead of my 2 new zits.

I ate a healthy breakfast.

I told myself that today is going to be the best day ever.

I could sense your "bad mood" and although I'm glad you allowed yourself to come out of it, sometimes we need those bad tude days to remind us who we are and why we're here and where we're going...although I'd much rather just be in a good mood and be able to soak up all the happiness, fun, and excitement along the way. Eeew why do we even bother wasting time being sad, depressed, upset....I guess we're learning how to overcome that every time we do let those bad feelings creep in. Stay Happy Kir, I like you better that way!
